Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

at69 services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. If an account is opened in violation of this requirement, it may be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account. If multiple accounts are opened using the same name, phone number, or payment account, those accounts may be closed and promotions may be blocked.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. If incorrect information is provided, the platform may close that account.

Important Notice: If you make a deposit or withdrawal using a payment account that is not your own, you are fully responsible for all financial matters related to that transaction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

The platform supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Payment methods may change without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit — 3,000 Ks for any method
  • Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks
  • Standard withdrawal time — processed within 1 hour of your request

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit. Please note that funds including promotion bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

The platform may request personal identification documents to verify deposits and withdrawals. These checks are in place to protect both the platform and the user.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

at69's Welcome Bonus gives you up to 100% on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw funds from this bonus, you must complete wagering of the bonus amount × 20x.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must complete wagering of 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must complete wagering of 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus may come with its own specific terms, which you can read on that bonus's page
  • No bonus can be exchanged for cash
  • If abuse of the service or wagering evasion is detected, the bonus and any related funds may be forfeited
  • Bonuses cannot be negotiated individually; the platform retains full discretion over all bonus decisions

4.3 Refer a Friend Promotion

Refer a friend to at69 and when that friend makes their first deposit, you will receive 5% of that deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. You can also earn 0.2% of your friends' valid bets as a weekly commission.

Prohibited Activities and Player Responsibilities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means (Bonus Abuse)
  • Deliberately placing strategic wagers to evade wagering requirements
  • Attempting to exploit or hack the platform's systems
  • Any activities related to money laundering
  • Attempting to manipulate other users or carrying out any form of cyber attack
  • Using an account that does not belong to you as if it were your own

5.2 Player's Personal Responsibility

You play entirely at your own discretion, and the platform is not responsible for any financial losses. You should only play with money you can afford to lose and must not play with borrowed funds.

VIP Levels and Cashback

6.1 Three VIP Levels

at69 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold — and you can move up based on your play volume and loyalty:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP level progression depends on your betting history and activity on the platform. Cashback is paid out within a set period.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and standard withdrawal conditions will still apply. Cashback is only available on active accounts and will not be paid to accounts that have been closed.

Account Suspension and Service Terms

7.1 Grounds for Platform-Initiated Suspension

The platform may suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • If there is provable evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions
  • If suspicious activity related to money laundering is detected
  • If an attempt is made to exploit or hack the platform's systems for personal gain
  • If bonus abuse is detected

7.2 Self-closure of Account

If you want to close your account yourself, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat to request closure. Any remaining balance that meets the required conditions can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.3 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily interrupted due to technical maintenance, server maintenance, or unforeseen events. The platform is not responsible for any losses that occur during such periods.
